Want A Pet?

We started the day with a pancake and sausage breakfast with donuts and muffins from Robins Donuts. We had Sylvie manning the registration table and tending to our guests!  Entry fee was a monetary donation or pet supplies donation...Want A Pet? was taken back by the generosity from everyone on such a rainy day. We even needed to line up a third table to house the prizes that were provided for the event! There were three hole sponsors; Ron and Diane Beaulieu for the hole in one, Extra Foods for the Eagle, and Connors Family Restaurant for closet to the pin.  There was a picnic table donated by Peter Kathmann for our Auction item which will now be raffled off at a later date.  Our President said a few words about who we are and what we do, highlighting our longest foster Buddy and our newest rescue Matty who has been diagnosed with Spina  Bifida.  The winning team - Al Hackner's team was presented with the trophy which will be on display at Kenogamisis Golf Club and then our raffle Basket donated by Terry and Alain Saindon was presented to Justin Archer.

Please note - there was an announcement made that we would be posting pictures of the event on our website and some on our Facebook page.  To respect everyone's privacy we asked those who did not want their picture posted to advise us.
